He holds a degree in Medicine from the University of Mogi das Cruzes (1974), a PhD in Medicine (Obstetrics and Gynecology) from the University of São Paulo (1983) and a post-doctorate from the University of São Paulo (1983). He is currently Associate Professor at the University of São Paulo. He has experience in the area of Medicine and Clinical Research.
